Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg's death has pulled the High Court once again into the whirlwind of drama of a presidential campaign. In 2016, CNN exit polls found that concern over vacancies on the Court was among the most important factors among Republicans in determining their support of Donald Trump. And for many, Trump delivered.
