Paraplegic athlete in wheelchair climbs 820 feet up Hong Kong skyscraper

On Saturday, Hong Kong residents watched paraplegic athlete Lai Chi-wai strap himself to his wheelchair and climb up one of the city's towering glass-paned skyscrapers.
