Elijah McClain's death to be subject of grand jury investigation

Colorado Attorney General General Phil Weiser is opening a grand jury investigation into the 2019 death of Elijah McClain, a 23-year-old Black massage therapist who was confronted by police while walking home and died days later after being placed in a chokehold, said a statement from Weiser.
